Children's Sunday School 9:15  - 10:15 am

Children's Sunday School classes meet on Sunday morning at 9:15 am when children from Pre-K through 6th grade join with worshippers at the contemporary service in the Fellowship Hall for the opening worship songs.  Then they are dismissed to their classes.  Pre-K to K children meet in the large Sunday School room on the first floor, and the 1st through 6th graders meet in the Social Hall.  These rooms are large enough to allow social distancing during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Nursery service is provided during the 9:15 am - 10:15 am hour for children who are too young to attend one of the classes,

Vacation Bible School  (VBS)

Vacation Bible School is held each summer during the last week in July or the first week in August. The COVID-19 pandemic prevented LPC from offering VBS in 2020, but we hope to resume this summertime tradition in 2021.

At VBS, kids explore what it means to follow Jesus. Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and dig into treats and experience one-of-a-kind Bible adventures.

VBS is for kids from three years old through grade six, and will run from 6:00-8:30 p.m. each day. The week will end with a family dinner on Friday evening that includes a musical presentation by the children.

Sign-up sheets for volunteers as well as registration forms for the children will be located in the Welcome Center at least a month before VBS starts.
